Return/Exchange Instructions
●If the goods and packaging are in their original condition (unused and unwashed, no damage, no dirty tags, no graffiti or damage, packaging intact), accessories and packaging intact, and not affecting secondary sales, we will provide an exchange and return for a refund. Return for refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.
●For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs;

Product quality problem situation description
●If you have any quality problems with the product after signing the receipt (such as: packaging damage, color difference, stains, etc.), please contact MCTi Sports & Outdoor Flagship Store customer service within 48 hours after signing the receipt, and we will be happy to help you solve the problem;
●If you do not contact customer service at MCTi Sports & Outdoor Flagship Store to give feedback on any quality issues after you have signed for the product, but the returned goods do not meet the 30-day no-excuse return standard, you will not be able to enjoy the return service.
Not to return/exchange the goods description
●Goods that have been used improperly or stored improperly, non-quality issues have affected the secondary sale of goods;
●Goods that are not sold in our store;

Cleaning
●-Before cleaning, shake the glove to make sure there is no grit or dust in the palm part and finger glove.
●-Hand wash with warm water
●-Use a small amount of laundry detergent
●-Avoid using the washing machine and dry cleaning (machine washing may be too rough)
●-Avoid using fabric softener and bleach.
Drying
●-Gently squeeze the water from your fingers to your wrist.
●-Dry gloves with wrist openings facing down.
●-Shell gloves can be dried in a dryer on low heat.
●-Semi-dry the gloves and make a fist to restore their original shape.
●-Avoid drying under direct sunlight or on a heater
●-Avoid ironing

●-Do not put wet leather gloves on other garments: dyed leather can cause contamination when wet.
●- Keep gloves away from buckles, ski knives and other sharp objects as much as possible.
Stain Removal
●- Always follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
●-Use a pre-wash treatment. Make sure to rinse completely before washing to remove heavy stains from the product.
