Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mcti-service@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return/Exchange Instructions

●If the goods and packaging are in their original condition (unused and unwashed, no damage, no dirty tags, no graffiti or damage, packaging is intact and undamaged), accessories and packaging are complete, and do not affect secondary sales, we will provide a return for a refund within 30 days of the date of receipt;

●For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs;

●When you return the goods, please make sure the goods, packing carton, accessories, tags, gifts, etc. are intact and complete;

●If you have questions about your purchase, please contact our customer service and they will give you a satisfactory answer.

Product quality problem situation description

●If you have any quality problems with the product after signing the receipt (such as: packaging damage, color difference, stains, etc.), please contact MCTi Sports & Outdoor Flagship Store customer service within 48 hours after signing the receipt, and we will be happy to help you solve the problem;

●If you do not contact customer service at MCTi Sports & Outdoor Flagship Store to give feedback on any quality issues after you have signed for the product, but the returned goods do not meet the 30-day no-excuse return standard, you will not be able to enjoy the return service.

Not to return/exchange the goods description

●Goods that have been used improperly or stored improperly, non-quality issues have affected the secondary sale of goods;

●Goods that are not sold in our store;

●Package damage or obvious use of wear traces improper storage of goods caused by wear, no odor dirty, wear odor or dirty, are not returned / exchanged.

Important Note

2. Normally , items outside the 30 days warranty period are not accepted for return. If the product is returned more than 30 days after the receipt, please contact us first, and we will provide you the best solutions.

3. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

4. Please contact us before returning or exchanging the items in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or a solution of the problem. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, MCTi have the right to refuse any compensation.

5.Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that there are no problems, we will start arranging for your exchange order to be shipped

5.1 We will create a custom order for you to exchange the goods, if For quality returns,  free shipping;

5.2 if it is For non-quality returns problems, we will charge the shipping cost of the exchange order in the custom order

Additional instructions for mailing your package
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed above and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
