If a customer returns a package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, MCTi reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
Once we receive your returned goods and confirm their condition, we will promptly process your exchange order.
3.1 For quality returns, we offer free shipping for the exchanged goods.
3.2 For non-quality returns, the shipping cost of the exchange order will be charged in the custom order.
